Location:
East Riding of Yorkshire: situated on agricultural land south of Bridlington and north of Barmston, with the closest settlement being the hamlet of Fraisthorpe.

Summary:
The project includes nine wind turbines with ancillary access tracks and site works.

A full planning application was submitted in February 2012. Following East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s failure to determine the application within the 16 week timeframe an appeal was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in July 2012. A public inquiry was held in November 2012 and consented on 22 January 2013.

In November 2014 the scheme was sold to BayWa, an international agriculture, building materials and energy conglomerate based out of Munich, Germany.
